Q:Why do you charge for the sample?
A:We need to order materials for your custom design, we need to pay for printing and embroidery, and we also need to pay the designer's salary. Once you have paid the sample fee, it means that we have signed a contract with you and we will be responsible for your sample until you are satisfied.
Q: Where is your factory? May I visit your factory?
A:Our production base is located in Pujiang County, Jinhua City, which is famous for home textiles. You can visit at any time.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:The MOQ varies with different designs. For these designs, we have sufficient fabric stock, the minimum order quantity is 100 sets of size and design per piece. If we don't have fabric in stock, we need 500 sets. Please contact our customer service for confirmation
Q: What are the outer packaging of individual products?
A:Usually we have simple opp bags, PVC bags, luxury PVC bags, PE zipper bags, vacuum compression packaging and so on.
Q:What about delivery time?
A:It depends on the quantity and the status of our fabric stock. For small orders with enough fabric in stock, we can ship in 2-4 weeks, for large orders, we need 30-60 days.
